The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “CGV”) is, on the one hand, to inform any potential buyer of the conditions and modalities under which the seller (hereinafter “the Seller”) carries out the sale and delivery of the products ordered and, on the other hand, to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of SAS LA products MAISON CAROLE G to the consumer (hereinafter and hereinafter “the Buyer”).

Scope of application of the General Terms and Conditions

They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales of products offered by the RELIANCE brand produced and published by SAS LA MAISON CAROLE G on its website www.relianceparis.com (hereinafter the “site” or “the website”). Consequently, the fact of the buyer ordering a product offered for sale on the RELIANCE website implies full acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, of which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. Nevertheless, Validation of the order by its confirmation constitutes acceptance by the buyer of the General Terms and Conditions in force on the day of the order, the conservation and reproduction of which are ensured by the professional seller in accordance with article 1127-2 of the civil code (former C. civ., art. 1369-4).

Modification of the General Conditions of Sale T&Cs

These Terms and Conditions were updated on September 8, 2026.

The professional seller reserves the right to modify its T&Cs at any time.

In the event of modification of the T&Cs, the applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of the order, a copy of which dated to date can be given to the consumer upon request.

Clauses of the T&Cs

The nullity of a contractual clause does not result in the nullity of the General Terms and Conditions. The temporary or permanent non-application of one or more clauses of the T&Cs by the professional seller cannot constitute a waiver on his part of the other clauses of the T&Cs which continue to have their effects.

Product characteristics

The buyer can select one or more products offered on the site. Price and Payment

Payment method

The Customer can make payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal and credit voucher. In the context of payments by bank card, the Seller does not have access to any data relating to the Customer's means of payment. Payment is made directly into the hands of the banking establishment. In the case of payment by money order, check or bank transfer, delivery times only begin to run from the date the payment is received by the Seller.

Payment security

The site is equipped with an online payment security system allowing the consumer to encrypt the transmission of their banking data via the electronic payment server of the security payment platform. Duration

The online sales offers presented on the site are valid, in the absence of indication of a particular duration, as long as the products appear in the electronic catalog and within the limits of available stocks.

Acceptance

Acceptance of the offer by the consumer is validated, in accordance with the double click process, by confirmation of the order.

Order

General

In order to place an order, Internet Users can select one or more Products and add them to their basket. The availability of Products is indicated on the Site, in the description sheet of each item. When their order is complete, they will be able to access their basket by clicking on the “Order” button. They will then access a form on which they can either enter their login credentials if they already have them, or register on the Site by completing the registration form using their personal information or continue as a guest. Internet users will then be able to provide information relating to delivery and payment method and click on “Check order”.

Before clicking on the “Confirm order” button, the consumer has the possibility to check the details of his order and its total price and to return to previous pages to correct any errors or possibly modify his order.

Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and forms the contract. The professional Seller reserves the right to make modifications to the product ordered which are linked to technical developments under the conditions provided for in Article R. 212-4 of the Consumer Code.

Confirmation of the order by the Seller

Once payment has actually been received by the Seller, the latter undertakes to acknowledge receipt to the Customer electronically, within a maximum period of 24 hours. Within the same period, the Seller undertakes to send the Customer an email summarizing the order and confirming the processing, including all the related information.

Validation of the order

The professional seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons and more particularly if the quantities of products ordered are abnormally high for buyers who are consumers. The seller may also refuse or delay the processing of an order if he suspects any fraud, such as identity theft or theft of means of payment.

Contract

The sales contract is formed at the time the consumer confirms his order.

Archiving and proof

The archiving of communications, purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium so as to constitute a faithful and durable copy in accordance with article 1360 of the civil code (former C. civ., art. 1348). Delivery

General

It takes between 24 and 48 working hours for the preparation and shipping of your order following validation of the order and subject to available stocks. Any order placed after opening hours and during the weekend will be prepared and shipped the following working day and cannot be considered a delay.

Delivery in Metropolitan France and Belgium:

The prepared order will be handed over to Colissimo, for delivery within 2 to 3 days in Metropolitan France or Belgium.

Delivery in Overseas Territories:

The Seller delivers in Guadeloupe, Reunion, Mayotte, Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin

Orders destined for the French Overseas Territories or abroad will be shipped by La Poste or its subsidiaries and delivered by their local partner. Delivery times differ depending on the region or country of delivery.

For any shipment to the French Overseas Territories, our customers residing in the Overseas Departments will have to pay dock dues as well as any customs fees that may apply depending on the amount of the order.

Delay in delivery

In the event of a delivery delay of more than 5 working days, the customer must inform customer service. of SAS LA MAISON CAROLE G which will implement the necessary and appropriate actions.

However, the deadlines being given as an indication, they themselves depend on external factors and on the carriers. SAS LA MAISON CAROLE G cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery and potential shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Place of delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form. In order to facilitate delivery of the order by the carrier, the customer undertakes to make the necessary efforts to enable delivery of the package: name visible on the mailbox, transmission of the digital code, telephone number.

Product conformity

If the product does not conform to the order, the consumer must send a complaint to the seller with a view to obtaining replacement of the product or possibly resolution of the sale.

Transfer of the order ownership

From the delivery date indicated in the order form, ownership of the product is transferred to the buyer, except in the case where full payment of the price has not been collected when ordering.

Return of products and right of withdrawal

Information

The consumer has a right of return of fourteen days from receipt of his order to return any item that does not suit him and request reimbursement with the exception of the return costs which remain his responsibility. The right of withdrawal can be exercised through our customer service directly from our website in the "Contact us" section.

The legal right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the products have been unsealed or used after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

In the event of withdrawal, SAS LA MAISON CAROLE G will reimburse partially or totally, depending on the condition of the products, the payments received depending on the method of payment for the order. Either by re-crediting the consumer's bank card or Paypal account, or by bank transfer. SAS LA MAISON CAROLE G may defer reimbursement until receipt and verification of the products.

For a total reimbursement to be effective, the product(s) must be in perfect condition, in their original case and unused, the products must be able to be returned to stock. In addition, the gifts obtained must also be returned in the event that you return your entire order otherwise they will be deducted from your final refund. Any product returned damaged, in particular due to lack of protection in unsuitable packaging, will be considered as a product returned damaged and cannot be refunded. For any requests made on public holidays, we will receive your messages the next day (working days). We remind you that for a complaint request you have a period of 14 (working) days from the date of receipt of the order declared by the carrier.
