Article 8 - Product returns & right of withdrawal
The consumer has a right of return of fourteen days from receipt of his order to return any item that does not suit him and request reimbursement, with the exception of return costs which remain at his expense. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by contacting our customer service department directly from our website in the "Contact us" section.
The legal right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the products have been unsealed or used after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

In case of retraction, Reliance will refund partially or totally, depending on the condition of the products, the payments received depending on the method of payment of the order. Either by re-crediting the consumer's credit card or Paypal account, or by bank transfer. Reliance may defer reimbursement until receipt and verification of the products.
For a full refund to be effective, the product(s) must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and unused, and the products must be able to be returned to stock. In addition, any gifts obtained must also be returned if you are returning your entire order, otherwise they will be deducted from your final refund. Any product returned damaged, in particular due to lack of protection in unsuitable packaging, will be considered as a damaged product and will not be reimbursed. Once the product(s) have been accepted, we will proceed with the refund, deducting the cost of return.
Returns may take between 14 and 21 working days to be processed. After this period, please contact our Customer Service.
