Article 7 - Delivery

General

Please allow between 24 and 48 working hours for your order to be prepared and dispatched, depending on order validation and subject to stock availability. Orders placed after opening hours and at weekends will be prepared and dispatched on the next working day and will not be considered as a delay.

Delivery in mainland France and Belgium:

The prepared order will be given to Colissimo, for delivery within 2 to 3 days in Metropolitan France or Belgium.

Delivery in French overseas territories :

The Seller delivers in Guadeloupe, Reunion Island, Mayotte, Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin.

Orders to French overseas departments and territories or abroad will be dispatched by La Poste or its subsidiaries and delivered by their local partner. Delivery times vary according to region or country of delivery.

For all shipments to the French overseas departments and territories (DOM TOM), our customers residing in the French overseas departments and territories (DOM TOM) will be required to pay octroi de mer fees as well as any customs fees that may apply depending on the value of the order.

1. Late delivery

In the event of a delivery delay of more than 5 business days, the customer must notify Reliance customer service, which will take the necessary and appropriate action.

However, as delivery times are provided for informational purposes only, they are subject to external factors and carriers. Reliance cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, and any shipping costs will not be refunded.

2. Place of delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form. In order to facilitate delivery of the order by the carrier, the customer undertakes to make the necessary efforts to enable delivery of the package: name visible on the mailbox, provision of the digital code and telephone number.

3. Product compliance

If the product does not conform to the order, the consumer must send a complaint to the seller in order to obtain the replacement of the product or possibly the resolution of the sale.

4. Transfer of ownership

From the delivery date indicated on the order form, ownership of the product is transferred to the purchaser, except where full payment of the price has not been received at the time the order is placed.
